Whrn you look it up it says Mason. It is not in Mason, but Deerfield Twp. Close to Mason yes but not Mason. It is quite close to significant commercial, Wal-Mart Supercenter, etc. My concern would be primarily noise. If the complex is well maintained and offers the amenities desired, then OK. It is quite close to Lifetime Fitness where you can get all of the health workouts you desire.
