A lot of people posting comments on the Enquirer are wondering why they are building more office space when existing office buildings in Blue Ash have vacant space.

And my question is how many more restaurants and retail outlets does northern Hamilton County need? Is the world going to end if people have to travel more than 5 miles to get to their fave sit-down chain restaurant?

Developers were born to 'develop'...their own piece of the action. They won't make $$$ by sensibly recycling something already existing.

Yes, I noticed that too, especially since P&G's moving up the road to Mason. Another issue was that this development was covertly designed as a mixed-use fortress to protect the haves from the have nots, but I don't agree with that.

What I do agree with are comments made on another website by posters who really approved of the development and felt it should have been the new Oakley Station, instead of the disorganized mess there now.
