What a totally absurd question! The pleasantness of a regional accent is an entirely subjective thing. Further, regional accents have a different effect depending on the speaker's vocal characteristics, individual traits and educational level. At the same time, the interplay of those factors and the general regional accent will be evaluated idiosyncratically by different listeners. The OP simply boils down to "what accent do I personally prefer to hear".

Any thick, over-the-top version of ANY accent is incredibly annoying to me, yet a subtle version of ANY accent can be quite pleasant and interesting to hear.
