Low-angle blinding sunshine in the middle of winter when everything is brown and dead, and the roads are caked with salt and mud isn't exactly the same as summer sunshine. Overrated.

The roads are never caked with salt and mud.

The mountains are only about 30 miles west of my home and its incredibly wonderful in the mountains and the foothills. The problem with Denver and the entire Metro area is housing affordability. Housing prices have increased drastically in the past few years due to growth and shortage of inventory. Violent crime rates are low and most crime is small like stealing from cars. All in all, the Denver area, which includes a lot of smaller towns adjacent to Denver, is a nice place to live but expensive in terms of housing. Jobless rates are low and we have a good economy. Lots of companies are hiring - lots and lots. I don't understand why people move to California - Colorado's much better, by a landslide.

This guy has mastered the art of overhyping. It reads like a brochure. Take what he says with a grain of salt.

"Albuquerque weather is what denverites pretend to have" as someone once put it. Indeed. See above.
