Well, Heaven has gates, which means its residents are discriminatory, whereas NYC welcomes everyone. That alone makes NYC the better place.
True, but that probably means Heaven has a higher median family income, which may result in higher education levels and maybe even a better job market.
Plus, their mass transit system is based on clouds. That's hard to beat considering it uses much less power than NYC's Subway.

LOL, go easy on heaven man, it cant stand a chance against New York, not even on its best day. Doesn't matter who lives there at all, it just cant win.
The only criteria Heaven wins on is crime. New York mops the floor with it on waterfront, people, wealth, influential people, nicer people, better climate, more diversity, better integration and stuff.
Adam Sandler went to Heaven once in Little Nicky. But New York is still featured in more movies than Heaven is, so New York wins on the global recognition platform too. Adam Sandler went to Heaven and he said he still prefers New York more, so that has to count for something right?
