sorry im from cali and live in ohio im thinking about moving back cleveland to buffalo sucks its the rust belt and its gone
so cali and texas are winner
Seems kinda lopsided even though New York is a monster... California + Texas is way too varied, while New York + Pennsylvania are practically identical.
Wouldn't it be more fair to give Maryland/Virgina/DC or Florida to New York, or compare New York + Pennsylvania to California + Arizona, or Texas + Louisiana???
Posts like this prove that Pennsylvania is the most underrated "big" state (10,000,000+ population) in the U.S.
I am here to defend Pennsylvania. To begin, Pennsylvania is not a cheap state as some of you have said on here. The philadelphia suburbs are some of the most elite and expensive suburbs in the country, pittsburgh as well. Also, PA is one of the first states in the country, and technically the birth place of freedom, there is a history in this state like no other state, and a story behind every town. Next, the food, cheesesteaks, hoagies, tasty cakes, pretzels, and many more great snacks, as well as world class restaurants throughout the cities and suburbs. Economy, Philly has began to once again grow in population and economic stability, this hasnt happened in many decades. Aside from philly the economy in certain section of the state is very strong and growing mainly in the philly suburbs. geographically, Pa is a very scenic state, rolling hills and forests and rivers throughout the enite state, it is a very beautiful drive across the state, aside from some of the small hick towns out in the middle of nowhere. The lifestyle is mixed, theres out uptight snobs in some areas, your friendly small town people and everything in between. PA is a great state and has a lot to offer, and is constantly underrated. It is right up there with NY and california, and texas, even though i dont know why Texas is rated as a top state.
Not even remotely close. Should we compare Vermont to New York next?
PA and NY has 32,500,000 people, and obviously there are more people in california and texas, the land mass of those two states is over 5 times that of PA and NY. And per square mile, PA and NY have more people. And just because there are more people in CA and TX doesnt make them better states, is that the best you can do?
