Yes I forget what thread it was but someone posted a youtube video of some adjacent office park next to DC as an example of how DC's outer neighborhoods are "more urban" compared to Houston i think, but anyways I was not impressed at all, looked very generic, sterile, and lifeless, not something I want replicated in LA

I actually like DC just not fond of all the new development surrounding it, however over time I'm sure they will gain some character
