Which cities have the most lively happy hours? Basically from 530 pm-8 pm which cities have the most packed bars/lounges and restaurants?

I'm sure this doesn't even crack top 10, but Minneapolis is very lively in the SUMMER during happy hour. Not as lively as a weekend night but pretty hopping for a sleepy Midwestern town. I'd imagine the most lively would be:

NYC
Chicago
Miami
Philly
San Fran

Hard-working cities with decent weather (seasonal) and more party-oriented. I excluded LA because I biasedly think people in LA never work and just party all the time.

You can put Boston at the bottom of that list. No happy hours in Mass.

NOLA is certainly hoppin

Otherwise I'd say Chicago, especially in summer. The bars start filling up as soon as everyone is released from work for the most part. Huge bar/pub culture here over other places that focus on the club scene.
