What kind of hills are you looking for? Do you want a place like San Fran which has city streets over rolling hills, a place like Denver built on the plateau of a mountain, or a place like Scranton which is nestled in the middle of hills?

Yes, I realize one of those towns is not like the others

I don't know. Just wondering. I know San Francisco is the predictable answer, just wondering if there is anywhere else.

Pittsburgh, San Francisco, Duluth, and Seattle all come to mind. Also, Nashville. Where I live, southwest St. Louis County is very hilly, mountainous actually.

In Austin, the west half of the city is nothing but hills.

IMO, SF has awesome hills and makes it visually beautiful, however it also makes them a negative too in my eyes. Some of the hills in SF are just way too steep and it takes too much effort sometimes when you have to just walk 2-3 blocks upward.

I though SD had some nice hills in the northern part and around old town. As did LA.

Knoxville has much better hills than Nashville but they pale in comparison to Pittsburgh, San Francisco, Duluth, and Seattle. Chattanooga and Honolulu need to be mentioned as well. Roanoke and Asheville are set among mountains.
