Yeah I think most would agree that this, plus Mexico City, is the A team.

What would you call the B team?

Pretty thorough, I would add Mexico City and Toronto and keep Boston and Montreal on the wait list. Chicago I would move up too.

San Francisco is NOT more important then Chicago, and will not be, and nor is D.C. I would change Philadelphia with San Fran @ 5.

I think it all depends on what we're talking about.

Economically Speaking Id say its:
1 New York
2 San Francisco
3 Los Angeles
4 Chicago
5 Houston

Culturally Speaking Id say its:
1 New York
2 Los Angeles
3 Mexico City
4 San Francisco
5-tie Boston
5-tie Montreal

Politically id say its:
1 New York
2 Washington DC
3 Mexico City
4 Ottawa
5 Sacramento

As far as Cosmopolitanism, Id say its:
1 New York
2 Los Angeles
3 Mexico City
4 San Francisco
5 Toronto

As far as Internationalism, Id say its:
1 Miami
2 New York
3 Los Angeles
4 Toronto
5 San Francisco

These could change, but this is what Im thinking at this time.

Honestly Philly and Boston are not up there with Montreal, Chicago, or SF on cosmopolitanism. That's actually one of Philly's weakest points compared to all 14 of the US largest metros. Why is internationalism and cosmopolitanism two entirely separate categories in the first place? They're two branches of the same genre.

Everything else looks good LOOK MA.
