LOL! That's hysterical! I don't know if anybody has noticed, but New Mexico license plates say, "New Mexico, USA". It's amazing how many people don't think New Mexico is a part of America.
Same here! I used to stay up for hours as a kid just studying my atlas. Still do sometimes. The states just seem placed right to me. Isk why, but I can't mix them up.
I'm a big US geography buff, too, but I don't mix up states, anyway. I might OVERLOOK some states every now and then, such as Delaware...

I HATE it when people tell me that they are going to Washington. My reply, "You're going out west, eh?" Their reply, "D.C. is out East!"
