After working in some of these cities like Boston, I found that as long as I didn't travel during rush hour, I could get to my destination without any traffic. While in NYC, there seemed to be traffic where ever I went.
NYC, DC and Miami are the three worst I've driven in. Philadelphia isn't great, although I imagine it's similar to most big-city traffic. I've seen some disturbing things on the road, but other than the main roads, Market and near the sports stadiums, I was able to get around without wanting to kill someone.
Los Angeles definitely earned its #1 spot. Clearly justified. New York should have been on this list as #2. DC is bad too, but so is Philly. Miami could be equivalent to Atlanta's traffic severity.
I thought driving in Atlanta was worse than driving in Manhattan.
