Tahoe 3 million annual visitors
Santa fe 1.6 million annual visitors
Grand Canyon/Flagstaff area 5 million annual visitors
I do understand everyone has their own opinion, but setting aside home state pride... you gotta admit Tahoe would be the more ideal vacation for the average American family.
I would say Boulder is generally a safer bet when it comes to livability as well.

"Which do YOU prefer"
Everyone is entittled to their opinion, and according to this poll more people prefer Santa Fe than the others. So why do constantly have to object to other peoples opinions. By listing how many annual visitors the listed cities get, that was not the question in this poll that you created.
