^^ Its a Jeff office expansion

On street activity as questioned above, Philly has quite a bit actually, not sure those pics demonstrate it but Philly is very likely a top 5 US city in terms of street level vibancy

Well, since those photos were taking late in the day (around 4pm) on a Sunday, mainly in the office sector of Philadelphia, and none of those shots really showed any street level anyways. It was supposed to showcase the architecture, urbanity and density of the city. You want vibrancy shots?
