Uhhh you do realize Brooklyn is DOUBLE the size of Philadelphia right? Also Brooklyn has the benefit of being in NYC and being right next to Manhattan... which could have persuaded peoples choice.

Queens It is more diverse than Philly, Brooklyn or Chicago. Also it is part of NYC. This is a big advantage.

-quality of life Depends what part your in in each part so overall I would say Philly Queens and BK tied

-biggest bang for your buck Philly,Brooklyn and Queens u would be surprised how nice the insides of some busted up homes look in philly
Crime it depends what part your in

I never been to Chicago so I didn't answer it for a lot. I'm from Queens so I got to Rep my borough.So i choose Queens

Chicago and Philly are probably my two favorite cities.

I think it's safe to say Chicago is well ahead by far my choice here.

However I will say this, Brooklyn is fantastic and so is Queens. Love both and hope they continue to drive for better, underrated places in my opinion.
