The bolded statement only proves you are a booster and not interested in telling like it is. Miami's climate is certainly very nice 6 months out of the year. The other 6 months not so nice.

Does Miami always grow? In population mabye but not necessarily in real estate price appreciation, check the most recent recession for reality check.

Miami's appreciation is not uniform. If you live near the water or in the best areas, you are making bank. If you are in the (further) burbs or not so great areas, housing is still very affordable and not escalating as rapidly.
