This is just for fun. Both are seen as vacation spots for their country, are in beautiful settings, and are filled with highrise condos. Which of these two cities do you prefer?

Is this suppose to be serious? Vancouver is a country mile above Honolulu.

Of course! I think it's a reasonable comparison, despite Vancouver having a larger metro.

Climate: I'll give this to Honolulu since I'm sick of Seattle's weather (Vancouver's is worse than Seattle's)
Scenery: tie
Food Scene: I'll give edge to Honolulu
Entertainment: Vancouver
Big city feel: tie
Cost of living: edge to Vancouver
Quality of Life: edge to Vancouver
Cooler name: Will have to give to Honolulu b/c Vancouver isn't even the original V-town in the PNW.
Better for vacation: Honolulu
Your choice: to live? I'll have to choose Vancouver, to vacation Honolulu

Thanks for the comments.

Climate: Honolulu
Scenery: Tie. Two types of beauty that I love
Food Scene: Honolulu, but I hear Vancouver isn't bad
Entertainment: Vancouver by quite a bit from what I can gather
Big city feel: Both look and feel like cities at least 3-4 times their size, but I'll say Vancouver
Cost of living: Vancouver
Quality of Life: Tie
Cooler name: Honolulu
Better for vacation: Honolulu, but I wouldn't mind a vacation to Vancouver at all
Your choice: I lean slightly towards Honolulu, but if I ever moved to Canada, I'd definitely mover to Vancouver.
