Odessa. I drove through both areas once and liked Odessa's remote, isolated feel, which I like.

Dallas x 100000000000000. It's a sprawling metropolis with an actual economy and neighborhoods. Mansfield is just a dying rustbelt town in the middle of no where, and I love Ohio.
