This is basically a list of progressive and blue states with "stifling taxes and regulation". If only more states were like Oklahoma and South Dakota...

About half of these states on this list are among the top wealthiest in the country, with a high population of very educated residents. I would rather be living there than OK or SD, but that's just be.
