Yea, do you mean except Wilmington, Milford, Newark and Dover, or that we should expect Wilmington, Milford, Newark and Dover? Big difference in meaning there. I'm hoping you mean the latter (though Milford is a bit random). And lol, like Mutiny says, there's not much left after that regardless. I'd be laughed out of this forum if I were to hype up Georgetown, Delaware as a national hotbed of innovation

This is basically a list of progressive and blue states with "stifling taxes and regulation". If only more states were like Oklahoma and South Dakota...

... Overall poorer and in the middle of nowhere?...

About half of these states on this list are among the top wealthiest in the country, with a high population of very educated residents. I would rather be living there than OK or SD, but that's just be.
