I wanted to compare these 2 similarly sized cities. Pretty open in what categories are in consideration:

Downtown
Jobs/Economy
Cost of Living
Weather
Schools
Traffic
Shopping

I have never been to Little Rock, but Huntsville has a nice downtown park with a large pond.

There are little mountains to the east of downtown which took me by surprise.

Huntsville recently got a TopGolf and new shopping is on the away where the Madison mall used to be.

I like both, but Huntsville wins over Little Rock because of the highly educated and diverse population (compared to much of the South). I also prefer the location by a wide margin over Little Rock's. Huntsville is fairly close to the bigger Appalachian Mountains, 1-1/2 hours to Nashville, about 3-1/2 hours to Atlanta, and 5 hours or so to the Gulf Coast.

Never been to Little Rock, but grew up in Huntsville. I'll refrain from participating in the poll.

However, I'm surprised to hear that Huntsville beats Little Rock in the shopping category. I would've guessed the opposite, due to metro size and Little Rock being the capital.
