Everyone knows that developers and casual interests mistakenly use the Connector as a dividing line between Downtown and Midtown--you are only highlighting the obvious.

One of the first instances with this in-between area was when “Savannah Midtown” was placed south of North Avenue.
That set the tone.
So which is it: am I being contrarian or has the Midtown/downtown boundary actually shifted over time, at least as far as the general perception goes?

You know we can disagree without being disagreeable. I don't see what's so contentious about what I said since it was merely "highlighting the obvious."

I think Smashville has a lot to be proud of and has set a higher standard for Future events in its Downtown area after this latest NFL draft.. Really believe the city is starting to prove it's not what people thought it was nor that it fits in just that every day midsized city box many like to group it in. https://www.google.com/amp/s/amp.usa...m/amp/39411825

Sheesh. You two must have history that I’m unware of? Yes, technically North Avenue is the transition street, but I too use The Connector when speaking in genral. If folks really get anal about this, I’m probably the topic of many folks conversations.

I don't know what the issue is this time. I only added on to what he said; I didn't contradict him or try to correct him. But he's a proud Aries so there's that.

I don't have any issues with Brother Mutiny--I actually respect him a lot, and I think he is very intelligent. He is great for the Forum.

I just think he can be contrarian/semantic-man at times.
But it's all good overall.

My sin? When my sinful pride rears its ugly head--as Mutiny stated above.
