In Austin, we have the "Owl Building," the "USB Building," and now the "Jenga Tower"...but given that we are the Bat City, I've long said that Nashville's "Batman Building" actually belongs in Austin...

In case you don't know about Austin and the bats, here ya go:

I agree. Nashville's Batman Building would fit in with Austin's bat colony, lol!

Austin by far. Just flew out of Nashville last week and Nashville's skyline is one of the most unremarkable skylines I've seen in a while.

Here's a interesting angle of the Nashville skyline that's rarely seen. Includes downtown, the gulch and part of midtown.

COVID will probably slow things down, but not the many that are already under construction. Right now the two downtowns are comparable, but already in 2020 edge Austin. 2025 - Austin in a blowout...

The skyline of Austin from the east side is becoming impressive. Two years from now, when the 850 ft. is completed, it will be in a different league than Nashville.

Just visited Nashville recently and it's nice but at the moment unremarkable. Austin wins this one currently and in a year or two it won't even be debatable.

Hazy pic, but that is pretty impressive. No other way around it.

Probably give it to Nashville for now, even though both cities are building a bunch of buildings that all look the same. They're lacking the flavor that they got back in the 90s and their looks are becoming standard. That is not that impressive to me.

The view from east Austin is amazing. There is a bit of a canyon effect from Chavez up to 6th. Austin just feels bigger and looks denser and taller looking at the skyline vs Nashville.
