I can only take one vacation this year. My choice is either OC in July, or NOLA in October(I'd be going for Halloween).

I have one week. I have already been to LA and SD. I have never been anywhere in Louisiana, but I'm curious. I'm in my mid 20's and want to party. What do you recommend?

I live in OC, and July and August are the months I wish I were somewhere else.

By all means, the obvious choice is New Orleans at Halloween.
