Gary for sure. Never been to the others. Detroit has a very nice downtown, but other then that, it sure does look like a third-world. I actually heard that Camden has straighten out a bit.

Parts of L.A., Detroit, Newark, Nogales, are very third world in appearance.

It's not on the list, but I'd pick Jackson, Mississippi. Like any Third World city, Jackson has some very nice areas and a whole bunch of poverty.

East Saint Louis is worst. It's like all poverty. The sewage system backs up in people's homes and the school system is just deplorable. It looks like mixing crab cakes with chocolate + an explosion. LOL

I'm not doubting that. But to me, a Third World city is more than just poverty. Third World cities also have some fabulous wealth controlled by a small minority. Jackson MS is like that. East Saint Louis might be, too, but in the few times I've been there I never saw any nice areas.
