Except for the people , the reason why the other things are black is due to coal mines sitting right in the middle of town. Youd think it wouyld be all big bearded stankin' rednecks down there but its mostly black guys, other than the white girls that do them. Towns such as Northfork, Keystone, Gary, and Welch are examples. Soemtimes I wonder who are the black women getting with today, Id say at least 7 out of 10 black guys are with white women, mostly humongous women too. Why is that?
Damn you beat me too it. People dont even pay attention to rural west virginia. It's pretty bad because they are surrounded by other rural town with no money so local govt. cant really help them.

There is no worse neighborhood. There are just bad and good areas. I grew up in the ghetto and I have been to plenty up and down the east coast and some in the mid west. They all have the same problems.

I have been to all these neighborhoods, hung out in them even lived in some. I didn't name all the bad areas in some cities but these are the ones I am very familiar with:

West Baltimore

Central Ward Newark NJ+Irvington and East Orange

Much of the Bronx

Northeast Brooklyn plus Coney Island and Red Hook

Uptown Manhattan, Washington Heights and Harlem/Spanish Harlem

Most of Camden, NJ

North Philly, Point Breeze, West Philly.

Parramore, Orlando

A good amount of areas in Miami like Liberty City, Overtown, Little Havana/Haiti and even areas in Dade like Brownsville.

Newburgh, NY

http://graphics7.nytimes.com/images/...YONKERS.xl.jpg
Housing projects and the surrounding areas mostly in southeast Yonkers.

South and East Washington D.C. like Anacostia.

There are more but you get the idea. It's the same no matter which one you go to. Same issues.
