Which US City has the biggest influence on Latin American Culture?
Not clear on the question.
Your question asks which city has the biggest influence ON Latin-American culture. If that's the case, I'm not aware of any American city in itself that influences Latin-Americans. Perhaps Miami would still win here, as since it's had so many Latin-American residents for so long, it would "influence" others who may have originally settled in other areas of the U.S. to eventually migrate there.
If your question was supposed to be which city has had the most influence BY Latin-Americans, It would as some have posted already, still be a toss up by multiple cities, as Miami being the most obvious (and largest) is not the only city that has been strongly influenced over the years by Latin-America immigrations.

The American cities with the greatest impact on Latin American culture in the USA are Miami, New York City (and some of its suburbs, incuding Union City), and Los Angeles.
Mario: barely 40% of "Hispanics" in Miami-Dade County are Cuban. The number is even lower when you include the entire metro area. Venezuelans, Colombians, Nicarauguans, and Argentinians are VERY well-represented down there. Though New York has more racial diversity of Hispanics (white, mestizo, mulatto, black, Amerindian) than Miami (mostly white, some mestizo, some mulatto), Miami has a much greater economic diversity among Hispanics (from extremely wealthy to working class) than New York (where most Hispanics are working class/lower income). When it comes to influence of an American city on Latin America, Miami is, in my opinion the clear winner of this poll, with New York being second and Los Angeles being third.
