What city has the worst nightlife (per capita)? (state, better, place)

What city do you think is the most lacking in nightlife for its size and population? I thought Atlanta's nightlife was better until Buckhead Village shut down to become a Rodeo Drive style shopping center. The city still has a lot of bars and clubs scattered around, but you have to search for them. Still, I wouldn't say ATL is the worst. Every city I've been to has descent nightlife, even Pensacola, FL.
ATL is a mecca for black nightlife..but cities like Indianapolis or Boise im sure aren't on par with other cities but probably don't do to bad for themselves.
Little Rock, Arkansas. This is a family values town and most of the youth leave at high school or college graduation. The ones that stay are usually married and settling down by age 22. There is some nightlife here but it is very lacking and the single twentysomething crowd is so small you run into the same people at every bar and club in town.

Well ATL people on here are always boasting about how the city is a black mecca, or great for black people.
You never hear many people talking about how great it is for different races, for you guys to boast about the amazing diversity there, you sure do only talk about the black community.
I always thought that Oklahoma City has some of he worst nightlife ever. It's more of a better place to raise a family rather than having a young-oriented scene. Don't here much about Kansas City or Charlotte either when it comes to nightlife.
