When driving out on I-95 at night, Jacksonville has to have one of the most beautiful skylines ever made in the world.
When driving through I-95 during the day, New York City's skyline is simply breath-taking.
I really dig riding right through Baltimore Maryland, Richmond Virginia, but I don't like driving in the South with all those tourist trap "South of the Border" signs. I mean, it is entertaining, but driving in the South is a drag...Sorry in advance to anyone offended, I do love the South.
Hands down though, New York is the best city to drive by.
I like any city Richmond and north. Standouts for me are NYC, Philly, Boston, Baltimore, DC. Most of the cities below lack much historic character which makes them boring to me.

Really? Savannah is ALL about historic character.
As for me, New York City will always take the cake as far as best city along the 95 corridor. By far the most breathtaking as you're driving up the Jersey Turnpike and looking east from Newark and Jersey City. Other notables include (from north to south) Portland, Boston, Philadelphia, Washington, Jacksonville, West Palm, Fort Lauderdale and Miami. Savannah is a great city and my home, but 95 is too far west of the city proper to judge from the interstate. You might as well be talking about Pooler and Richmond Hill since those are the towns located on 95 by Savannah.
For the record, my top 5 are....
1 New York
2 Miami
3 Philadelphia
4 Jacksonville
5 Fort Lauderdale
