Absolutely.

I don't think skylines are even a consideration for most people on this thread. It's all about density and history, which was never supposed to be a factor.

LOL now you know there a certain bias toward anything with a southern twang on city-data....Houston, Dallas, or Atlanta come to mind.

Isn't density a component of skyline? and history in the sense the time/history of when a building is built factor as well. I think just basing things only height is equally as short-sighted

Some combination and is always on preferance - Chicago is my personal favorite

Houston has the height, Philly has the density. Its like comparing apples to oranges. East Coast cities are naturally going to be much denser.

Pound per pound Houston easily wins. After all, its the 3rd largest US skyline.

I think Philly has a good combination of height and density - guess the populace in the poll is wrong

Spires don't impress me much & do very little in adding height to a building IMO. Until American Commerce Center breaks ground then we'll talk...
