The worst police are the ones who live in places with nothing to do. They jump at every opportunity to pester you about minutiae.

I think the NYPD is both the best and worst police department it just depends on the location, like in tourist areas they'll be nice and helpful but in the hood many are disrespectful and will start hassling and killing innocent people for no reason.

the worst or the ones that the residents that dont want them there say they are the worst.??
if A. i would say coronado no donut shops morale is really bad
if B for sure detroit.

a small town in central jersey called south bound brook has a horrible police department. they are notorious for giving out bs tickets

This is true.
You can't really say any sizable police force is bad or good, since it comes down to the individual person, but members of the NYPD have done some horrible things. That does not represent the majority of them though. Many of them are upstanding members of society.
