There is a song recently released by a rap artist named Jay-Z that I am sure most have heard. Personally, I would think Chicago or LA, but thats just me. Even in my opinion those two cities do not sound right or have the same impact that NYC would have.

The culture is just not the same in the cities you mentioned. You are not going to see "Dominicanos" hangin in the streets of those cities. Philadelphia is the only city that could flow with those lyrics.
