Hmmm, it seems like there was a discussion about this a while back, anyways, I pick the Rockies for the sure theater of them, and because they're more like the mountains where I live.

Appalachians for me. However, im sure if i grew up in the rockies i would like the rockies more. i'm biased probably

This is a good question. I'd have to say the Appalachians. I love how they are so lush. They also have so much history. Harpers Ferry is a prime example. I just think the Apps are better.

Wow. It appears to be 50/50 at the moment.

This is a hard question for me, because I really like both for different reasons. I'd be tempted to sway towards the Rockies, though. For the skiing.
