A city that sticks with its teams through the good and bad
A city that has numerous teams
A city that sells out all their sports teams games
And its not that important but fans that act with courtesy

Teams in:

With exception to MLS, the Twin Cities have all bases covered. But not that many people care about the T-Wolves.

Toronto for sure. NHL games are always sold out eventhough the Leaf's haven't made it to the big game for some time and they aren't contenders.

NBA: Raptors have produced some good players in their early years but still remain popular.
MLB: Blue Jays ... haven't been real contenders, but fans still show up.
CFL: Argonauts ... still an exiting game in town
NFL: Toronto hosts some Buffalo Bills games ... not that major

Soccer and cricket are also catching on in the city big time and Toronto has hosted the Indy Races in the past and may come back in the future.
