I say Boston. Feel that is due to the large amount of college's in and near the city. Well ranked hospital's in many different specialties. Lowest cost of living I think out of them all.
Boston does not have the lowest cost of living out of them. Boston is slightly more expensive than Seattle but Boston offers higher salaries than Seattle to offset it. Boston is definitely more expensive than Chicago. Chicago is the cheapest out of them.

Yeah, Boston is definitely more expensive than Chicago. NO question about that. Seattle and Chicago have fairly similar COL. Boston and NYC possibly have higher ranked hospitals than Chicago and Seattle, but I believe that Northwestern Medical and U of Chicago Medical are both ranked overall in the top 20. Not sure about what Seattle has.
Philadelphia isn't even an option listed, so I'm not sure why anyone is saying Philly...but from a pure lineup standpoint, Boston is the winner here (even if Philly is included). Boston's hospital lineup is probably the best in the world.
Personally, I would opt for Boston. It has a solid number of top notch facilities and nurses are paid very well in the city hospitals. You would be getting a salary that would easily allow you to live in the city.
