There's so many different Caribbean restaurants.

My old school was mostly more Spanish speaking Caribbean (PR, DR, etc.), although I hate that place with a passion I know a lot of Spanish, so much that I can speak a little "Spanglish".

Miami vs Queens would be interesting, but Queens is ultra-diverse and has a higher population so that would skew things.
i think Brooklyn beats queens in Caribbean culture. all though queens Guyanese population is huge.

The OP clarified his post by saying that he meant West Indian culture, so spanish speaking Caribbean nations are not included, just those in the West Indian Federation plus Haiti.

Which is why I said NYC has a slight edge on Miami IMO. Either way being Jamaican myself I can say that nowhere outside of Jamaica has Jamaican food on the level of NYC and South Florida, except maybe London, UK.

Montreal has a very large Haitian population (100,000 people in Quebec as a whole-the only Haitian population of any significance in Canada) but outside of Haitians there is not any major West Indian communities of note. The West Indian community is centered in Toronto.

The three you mentioned (Miami, London, Toronto) along with NYC, NJ, CT and Boston all have larger and more noticeable West Indian communities than Montreal.

It's not that hard to believe. I mean really besides Mass, NY, Fla, NJ, PA, Conn, and GA, where else do ALOT of Haitians live? I just read on some website that some 10,000 Haitians live in Cali. And I read on another website about 4yrs back, that Cali had the tenth highest population, but I cannot for the life of me, remember the name of that website. They have a website called everything Haitian In California or something like that. I know when I lived out in Austin TX I knew about 5 Haitian families in my neighborhood.
