Oh Come on! I live in a very affulent city a half an hour outside of Miami full of wealthy South Americans, and these people dress with CLASS!

For worst dressed though, I nominate Hialeah, Fla. Ever heard of a "chonga?" Biggggg hoop ear rings(With thier name in it), super tight see through Brazillian pants with a brightly colored thong, wife beaters/oversized t shirts, and Chinese beaded slippers! The adults dress similarly, and males dress in the typical ghetto fashion, but I swear, it is even worse in Hialeah.

Prescott and Prescott Valley, Az.

Lot's of rednecks here and they just don't know how to dress when they go out. A lot go out with their dirty work clothes on and never went home to change or take a shower...YUCK!!

That's why I get talked about a lot, because I'm probably one of the few that dresses really good and in clean clothes, when going out.

Far and away, Nashville. Never fails to amaze me when I see the dime-store cowboys prancing around in AE jeans, AE shirts, but with cowboy hats and boots. Its completely laughable, especially when they step out of a Cadillac Escalade with Kenny Chesney blaring on the radio. Makes me wish a REAL cowboy was there to witness the spectacle and give them the real rundown.

Atlanta, hands down. The sheep-like, no-style, clone people all dress alike.

I don't have an anwer to this one, but I have noticed that the employees at Whole Foods seem to go out of their way to look like crap. Overall, I think they're are good and bad dressers everywhere, but if someone lives in a large urban area, they have more store choices in which to buy their clothes. I have a friend that moved to New Mexico and in the town he lives in, he's pretty much relegated to Wal Mart. In my option, their clothes by and large suck.

Yes, I would say Florida. Flip flops seems to be a state uniform. I have even seen women dressed in gowns at a New Year's Eve Party still wearing FLIP FLOPS.

They should bring Stacy and Clinton to do a makeover of this state on What NOT to Wear.

What defines best and worst dressed? Isn't that subjective? One person may think vintage t shirts and ironic jorts are "best" because they are trendy,. Another might think diesel jeans and 200 dollar button down shirts are "best" because they are expensive.
