If were talking percentages, it is clearly Boston, but If were talking pure numbers its NYC, Philly and then probably boston in that order

Lots of Irish folks in Cincinnati. Used to have a big St. Patty's Day Parade there, not sure haven't lived there in recent years, but grew up around lots of Irish people.

Though I will say the Irish in Chicago have flexed a considerable amount of power and were earlier into police force/fire force etc than a few of the others at the same time when Irish were largely discriminated against.
