avon lake lear road interchange on route 90, anything positive about it? (house, neighborhood)

moving to avon lake in march 2012, wondering how exit from route 90 will change things

Has it been built yet? Used to live in Avon Lake off of Lear.

It will probably improve traffic flow at 83 and Crocker while making Lear busier. Looking at the plans it doesn't look like they are adding lanes north, cannot tell south.

It's desperately needed and overdue. The few interchanges that serve Avon and Avon Lake have been overtaxed for a number of years now.
It will probably lead to more development along 90 (which is good or bad, depending on how you feel about urban sprawl.

My parents just sold a house in Avon right next to where this interchange is being built. I think it was kind of mixed opinions in the neighborhood. It will make it MUCH faster for all them to get on 90 though.
