Not sure what smart mod thought it was worth it to delete the guy's thread, but I thought I would post up some info on it as I remember reading about the project earlier in the year and I thought it was pretty cool. I mean, hey, one of the developers already recognized in the New York Times and NPR drops by to talk about a pretty interesting historic rehab project in Tremont... yes, we definitely should delete that thread. Good call.

Anyway, has anyone else been following along with the Fairmont Creamery rehab project at all? I had forgotten about it. Looks pretty interesting, and they had some success with their first project out in Oberlin. IMO not bad for three of young(er) guys working on their own.
