I am a college student attending cleveland state in the fall. It turns out a cheaper alternative place to live would be in my families older house we were not able to sell on dorshwood rd by brush highschool. Is the area still safe? I had an old buddy just relocate from their and he said it was getting pretty ghetto.

My mom graduated from Brush around 1958. Sorry, not helpful, but thought it cool that you mentioned it.

It's not a dangerous area. But in general, I find South Euclid and Lyndhurst just to be very boring. But if it's cheaper, might as well go for it. It's not like it's 20 miles away or anything.

Yeah, it's fine from a safety perspective.

It's fine safety-wise. When Brush/Memorial let out of school each day, there is a mass of students (sometimes not the most respectful group, but not dangerous by any means), but they generally will be walking west and not really near Dorshwood.
