i had dominion energy for the last 18 months, price was decent at 9.99mcf...i noticed last month 12.99 per mcf so i called in and was told my contract was up and if i wanted to sign again it would be 9.50mcf and they would reduce lasts months bill to 9.50....behold here comes this month's bill - 12.50 mcf , called again woman said takes 2 months to change rate, no discount on prior months... i cancelled to go back to dominion... was told it takes 2 billing cycles to make the change... this is bull****

if youre in a contract with a gas supplier,just change the name on the bill,and dominion will kick the supplier off.last month,dominion's rate off the market was$9.21.stop the madness,dont talk to these people on the phone,and dont sign upwith a gas supplier.IGS Energy-scam Direct Energy-scam Dominon East Ohio Energy-scamthey are all scam outfits
