I am moving to Rocky River and was told my only option Cox Communications. I was then told that they have terrible internet service. Does anyone have any comments...positive or negative? Or know of any other providers in the area?

I have them in VA and they are horrible. TV and internet both are slow and the on demand program functions as if it were developed in the early 80's. Time Warner is spendy but well worth the price when you compare it to these jokers.

We had them in Lakewood and they were phenomenal. Once, they were ten minutes late for an appointment (two hour window) and they did not charge me for the visit.

Also, we would get a call every 6-8 months for a survey on what channels we wanted them to carry.

Infinitely better than Comcast, Time Warner and some of the other companies.

We live in Rocky River and have been very happy with Cox. Their customer service is excellent and we have never had issues with any of their services. We have the internet/digital phone/cable package and it is great!
