Looking at homesites in Palmetto Creek, on Hwy 211, Southport/Supply Road, Boliva located between Southport and Shallot. Interested in hearing about this sub-division and the area? Not a golfer, but interested in a homesite on the pond. Are there things about homesites on a pond that a northeasterner needs to know? Interested in all comments.
Palmetto Creek is one of the few communities in the area with all of its infrastructure and ammenities completed which allows for peace of mind when making your decision as to where you should buy. I am a licensed NC real estate broker, representing Palmetto Creek and I can report there are currently some great waterview, nature and interior homesites available within the community. In addition to developer sites, there are some resales as well.
With the new Novant Medical hospital located 7 minutes away, scheduled to open in the summer of 2011 and the 2nd causeway bridge to Oak Island allowing you be on the beach within 15 minutes about to open, you could not ask for a better location.
