Good property management in Greenville?? (apartments, to rent, townhomes)

I'm looking for some advice on good property management in Greenville. We have a house off of Red Banks Rd we might be looking to rent out. Does anybody have any opinions (from a landlord's perspective) on property management companies in Greenville???

My apartment is through Wainright (Greenville NC Apartments, Pitt County Apartments, ECU Greenville NC Apartments)

They have had several houses and townhomes listed in the past, but I'm not sure if they owned them or not. I'd stop by or give them a ring.
