I understand that the Brick Landing golf course has gone under. Any others in trouble and what affect does that have on the homes in the golf community?

Other than Brick Landing, the only one I have read about is Sea Trail.

Wow $660,000. Turn the clubhouse into a home and have a big yard out back.
