Greenville Costco? (Raleigh: leasing, store, office)

I thought I had read something about a Costco coming to Greenville, but now I can't find anything on this. Am I imagining things, or is a Costco on its way?

We stopped in Costco/Raleigh before Christmas & asked the Store Manager & he said that nothing is in the works for the immediate future. Sam's Club could certainly use the competition IMO.

We just came back from our Dr.'s office and he was telling us that he, with a group of investors were in Raleigh discussing putting a flea market in the old HD building & were told that it is being kept quiet but that Costco will be leasing the building. That certainly would be wonderful if it happened.
