Tribune Homes does not show up in Google. Where are they located and where did you hear of them?

Did you mean Tribute Homes? They are one of the St James Builder Guild, currently builing in Seaside.

If you meant Tribute Homes, I'd suggest looking at their offerings in other parts of Brunswick County, like Lighthouse Cove and Rourk Woods. They are selling the same models as St James for about $80K less. I'd call them a budget builder with standard cottage models, nothing exciting. (BTW, I would seriously consider the Rourk Woods location. It has good amenities including an indoor pool.)

If I were really interested in Seaside, I would have to see that the finishes, landscaping etc were significantly better to be worth the extra money to be in St James.

Their web site is here: Quick Move In | Tribute Homes
