Has anyone seen windmill blades passing through Northeastern North Carolina recently?
I asked here because they will end up in Hertford, NC. I would love to video them on a train.
However I'm not familiar with the Norfolk and Portsmouth Belt Line Railroad that is supposed
to have a part in moving them or where they interchange with CSX? I think they are supposed
to have two more trains? A link is below, thanks!
