Have you considered Steven's Fine Homes?

Builders are offering incentives now, to move inventory. The longer you wait (to a point) the better/cheaper housing is going to get.

The trick is....knowing "when" that point hits....

But, if you even get close to that point, it's wayyy better than living in a place that no longer suits your lifestyle.

After what I've read about Horton homes, I'd NEVER buy one.

My son owns a DR HORTON HOME in east TN. - his home was perfect because the trick s to go every week. During construction - he caught a lot of mistakes right when they were being built so he was able to get hold of the PM to get them fixed before crews progressed further

We went every week. Electrical in kitchen is messed up. Still have nder warranty, so hopefully it will be resolved. Yard drainage is horrible on ours and neighbors. They won't fix them. Blamed it on to our fence!! Muddy mess. Neighbor paid for french drains to be installed. Your son is one of the lucky ones. Front yard sod is crabgrass not regular grass!!⁶
