I think right now Georgia has more standouts littered along their starting 22 but you are right that Alabama is deeper. I don't know that any team has as much depth as Alabama they are in "reload not rebuild" mode right now.

I know Auburn is on life support, but Alabama plays them before the SECCG.
Few people thought Baylor had a chance, maybe slightly more gave Stanford a shot, you never know.

A difference between Auburn and Baylor is that all season long Baylor has scored points. They have a good QB and good playmakers. Auburn appears to have none of the above.

Alabama will roll over Auburn by at least 28.

Another difference is Auburn appears to have checked out. I think they realize they have a lame duck coach and they've checked out for the season. And don't tell me they'll just "get up" for their rivalry with Alabama because it just doesn't work like that. And Georgia/Auburn is a pretty bitter rivalry but they let UGA steamroll them.

Auburn has indeed checked out. There's no way they win that game. If Alabama loses that game they should shutter their football program for a year.

The big thing for Georgia is that they've got standouts and the player issues they had at the beginning of the season seemed to be resolved -- for now. This is a dangerous game, though. It sorta reminds me a little bit of the LSU-Ole Miss this past weekend. That was a game the Tigers should have dominated and yet they had easily their worst defensive performance in more than two years, which I can only attribute to the fact that LSU was just not taking Miss seriously enough. I wonder if this isn't one of those games where UGA's sleepwalking into a potential mine field.

Well UGA is riding high, higher than they have in going on a decade. They need to stay focused on a rival having a down year. Very similar story to Notre Dame. The difference is UGA clearly has the talent edge over GT whereas USC probably has more talent than ND.
